1. What do I wear?
Lunchtime Classes: anything you can move comfortably in. Your regular work clothes should be fine.
Other scheduled classes:
Anything you would wear to exercise.
Shoes are removed and left at the door to maintain a clean studio environment. Practice is done in bare feet or yoga socks (grip on bottom).
2. What do I bring?
A yoga mat (or you may rent one for $2/class) and water bottle.
3. How do I prepare for class?
Don't eat about an hour before class. A light snack of fruit is ok.
Arrive 5 minutes before class and silence your mobile devices.
4. What class should I attend?
Refer to the class descriptions on our website and contact us if you have further questions.
5. What if I can't do something offered in a class?
We cater to beginners and use props (blocks, straps, chairs) to modify poses based on your specific needs.
6. What if I have an injury?
Contact us to discuss and develop a specialized plan that compliments your physicians orders/restrictions. Private one on one sessions are available. Ask ahoy special package pricing.
7. Am I too old to begin yoga/Pilates?
We have experience teaching all ages and welcome you to try these mind body practices in a safe environment where ease and enjoyment are the goal.
