Gentle Yoga & Meditation Gentle classes are just that! They are easy on the body, focusing on restoring postures that feel good, moving comfortably, carefully strengthening, cultivating a quiet mind and increasing overall ease within a person.
Unwind Unwind classes focus on relieving stress from both the mind and body. These classes assist in releasing stress, strain and tension while encouraging a person to practice stress relieving techniques in their everyday life.
Slow Flow A linking of yoga postures with breath create a feeling of spaciousness and ease in the body. Appropriate challenge is offered and students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Yoga on the Green Outdoor classes are offered on a seasonal basis with a focus on nature and our connection to the world. We will move, meditate and enjoy community together. These classes may be paid for with a class pass or donation.
Playful Playful classes help us to explore new pursuits with excitement and enthusiasm. Upbeat music, laughter and fun movements are all apart of playing in these classes.
